My hot date with Erin

I came home from work and we wanted to do something. We couldn't decide what to do, so I suggested we just drive some where and see where we end up. Entrance in a deep conversation about boys, she subconsciously pulled in the parking lot of QFC in the U-village... I live in Shoreline (north seattle). We don't know why... but bought cookies and came back to my place for some hot drinks. What an outing!

My geometry students have midterms this week. Geometry is NOT my best math subject. Too much memorization. Not enough numbers/variables. I'm an algebra girl. Too bad I'm the only tutor who can even attempt tutoring geometry... wish me luck because I'm going to need A LOT of it.

I'm extremely pissed off right now. I've just started a puzzle and it's a puzzle that doesn't hold together very well until you get more pieces to it. Well, my cat decided to get up on the table and ran over my puzzle. The pieces are all over the floor. I've started this puzzle over about 4 times now. She is now in the bathroom, possible for the night.

I'm lonely... but Erin is moving back next weekend, so that should help some. :)
I've been having headaches... they probably have to do with stress. I'm not sure why things are so stressful. I guess I have difficult students and a long list of things to do at work with not enough time/hours to get it all done in. Could all of that be the cause?

So... one way to get you to clean your kitchen is to spray grape juice all over it. While it gave me a work out, I do not recommend it. My floor is still sticky, even after I've moped it down like 10 times.

And the world might be ending... I bought a pair of jeans...

I don't know how many days later...

I'm sitting at work right now, so I can't type too much. Tutoring starts in about 45 minutes, which I'm excited about. Have I mentioned that I love my job? The awesome part is my students love me. I received generous gifts from a few of my students. I also receive gifts from Keith and Nancy, Beka, and Carol! It's nice to know that I'm doing a good job.

Such a big difference from last year! Holy Elephant! (I'm tired of cow)

I will get to the craziness of the holidays later. Oh boy.
